Discover the joy of movement and the power of mindfulness in this rejuvenating yoga sessions led by Parastoo, a passionate and experienced instructor. With over 380 hours of training—100 of which are dedicated to kids’ yoga—Parastoo’s journey began during the pandemic and blossomed into a mission to guide people of all ages and abilities toward balance and self-awareness.
In this welcoming classes, you’ll explore creative movements and mindful practices that honor your unique body. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, Parastoo’s gentle guidance will help you reconnect with yourself. Learn to appreciate the beauty of small movements, gain insight into how your body functions, and leave feeling more grounded, centered, and alive.
This workshop will run for 4 weeks with two sessions each Tuesday, starting on March 4th.
